My professional journey spans leadership roles in Chartered Accountancy practice, global banking, and the insurance industry, where I have managed financial reporting, reinsurance accounting, TDS compliance, IFRS reporting, IRDA regulatory reporting, reconciliations, internal controls, and stakeholder management. This diverse exposure enables me to bridge the gap between technical compliance and practical business solutions.

Today, as the Founder of Ekta Pareek & Co., I work with businesses in India and overseas, providing outsourced finance and accounting services, taxation, GST, audit and assurance, ROC compliance, financial reporting, virtual CFO support, process optimization, and regulatory advisory. I believe finance should not only ensure compliance but also empower better business decisions.
